This will also be our EARTH DAY Celebration, and OUI WANNA CELEBRATE WITH COLOR! HOLI is the Indian festival of colors, and it is truly fun for all ages!

At 530ish, we will go out on the sidewalk and play color with each other. Bring colored powder and water guns. Wear white or light colored clothing. Bring towels if you want to come into the clinic after!

The artist reception will be from 5:30 to 7:30 inside the Oui Doctor!

About the artist: Lindsey Waters is an experimental collage artist based in Shreveport, Louisiana who reconstructs her abstract paintings into something entirely new. After earning her BFA in Studio Art from Louisiana Tech University in 2012, she developed a process of cutting up her own paintings into intricate fragments and layering them into dynamic, immersive compositions.

Using acrylics, watercolor, alcohol inks, and other texture-rich materials on synthetic paper, Lindsey creates work that is both meticulous and expressive. Her process is deeply intuitive—a meditative act of deconstruction and reconstruction, where each piece finds its place in an evolving visual rhythm. Through her art she pushes the boundaries of abstraction, offering a space to contemplate the beauty of change and the fluidity of life.
