KIT INSTRUCTIONS:

You are doing saliva profile II.
If you are a menstruating female, you must do the test on cycle day 19 through 21.
Morning collection: Wake up, rinse mouth out with water, NO BRUSHING TEETH! Wait 5 minutes then begin morning saliva collection into the large tube. You want it to fill up halfway!
Evening collection: 2 hours after eating, rinse mouth out with water, wait 5 minutes, then collect saliva!

REMEMBER you only need one LARGE tube for the morning and one of the smaller tubes for the evening! The other two are extra.
